Specialist telecom vendors needed a way to connect their technology and operational data with ServiceNow. The work required an understanding of telecom systems as well as the configuration data model receiving that information.
We built Service Graph Connectors for telecom technology vendors, covering data ingestion, reconciliation and integration across different technologies. Each connector turns domain knowledge into a defined software component that links a specialist system with ServiceNow.
The connectors we built bring specialist telecom data into ServiceNow, for technologies that have no standard connector.
