Engineering OSS Capabilities for Telecom Transformation
With a telecom delivery partner, we developed wireless B2C capabilities for three operator accounts and wireline B2C capabilities for one.
A transformation program across several telecom operator accounts needed software delivery coordinated with ongoing migration work. Wireless and wireline workstreams were at different stages, which called for account-specific development and continued engineering involvement.
We developed wireless B2C capabilities for three operator accounts and wireline B2C capabilities for one of them, and still ship updates and fixes while more program content is in development or planning.
Our engineers stay on the delivered capabilities through migration, while the rest of the program continues.
